STRUCTURE OF LESSONS FOR PRIMARY CAMPUS Online/Virtual • Fully implemented program as expected with all lessons scheduled and covered. • Synchronous (At least one 30 mins session for Early Years daily and at most three sessions for the Primary Classes) • Open to use video conferencing tools. Preferred tool is Zoom. • Asynchronous (planned and well-timed work) • All lessons will be recorded and uploaded for parental access. (ManageBac) • Pre-recorded lessons for parental access. • Open communication with parents for support. (Phone calls, Whatsapp,) • Weekly schedules to be shared with parents a week before (for planning sake). • Students will pick any resources for the planned session from school within the first week. (Notebooks, some art material) • All classes will have essential agreements for running the virtual online lessons. Blended Operate shift approach with some students in school and others away depending on the need. Face-to-Face All students are in school and program runs as normal with safety protocols in place. STAFF TRAINING The members of the committee are working towards developing a continuous online learn- ing training program for the teaching staff. The members are undergoing self-training to be able to deliver the necessary training.
